BoT Gameday: Blue Jackets @ Sharks

Less than 24 hours after defeating their arch nemesis, the San Jose Sharks get set to take on the Columbus Blue Jackets tonight. Team Teal is now 6-1-1 in their last eight games, reestablishing first place in the Pacific Division.

What can you say? Best vs. worst. The Sharks should defeat the Blue Jackets. However, each opponent is different, and as we all know now, there is never an easy win in the NHL. If anything, pedal to the medal all the way through the end. Good news is that the penalty kill and power play are starting to get better. Sadly, there’s still work to be done.

Tonight begins a short two game homestand prior to the next 7 of 10 played on the road. Time to step up, get those points now because you never know what can happen down the road.
