Logan Couture Agrees To Contract Extension

San Jose, CA– According to Brodie Brazil of Comcast Sports Net California he has reported that the San Jose Sharks and Logan Couture have agreed on a contract extension. Logan is in his final year of his current deal with San Jose with a reported salary of $3 million. This is from the deal he had signed back on August 2011.
As per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. His new five year deal is set to kick it on July 5th and will take him thru the 2018-2019 season.
It is reported that Couture’s five year extension is at $30 million with an annual cap hit of $6 million per season.
