Sharks Make a Trade

It has been reported by TSN and now ESPN’s Pierre LeBrun that the San Jose Sharks have acquired Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Niclas Wallin. The deal is contingent on Wallin waiving his no-trade clause.
It is not known when the deal will be official or what the Sharks gave up in return for Wallin, but I would assume it is no more than a conditional draft pick.
