As of today, the Aces are leading the season series against the San Francisco Bulls 3-0-0-0, all of which were back in October when the Bulls first visited Sullivan Arena.  Tonight’s contest is the fourth of nine matchups between the two clubs.

The Bulls are currently ridding a two game winning streak after they recently defeated the Stockton Thunder in back to back games.  Their most recent 5-2 win was back January 20, 2013 before the ECHL All Star Break.  In that contest, San Francisco received contributions from five different players over their victory against the Thunder.  Newcomers Rylan Galiardi, Sebastian Trudeau, and Cody Carlson each score their first goals with the franchise, while both Sivak and Morrison scored.

Peter Sivak scored his 18th goal of the season and extended his goal scoring streak to an outstanding six games.  His streak is the longest in the ECHL.  As for Morrison he added his 11th goal, while Bulls net minder Taylor Nelson turned away 24 of 26 shots he faced.

The Bulls welcome back Dean Ouellet who recently participated in the 20th ECHL All-Star Game presented by University Colorado Health on Wednesday in Loveland, CO at the Budweiser Events Center.  In that contest, Ouellet posted +3 rating for the All Stars.  The Colorado Eagles were defeated by the All Stars 7-3.  Currently Ouellet is now tied with Sivak with 18 goals apiece on the season.
