New Jersey Line-Up

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

When Ilya Kovalchuk bolted for Russia over the summer, it really forced the Devils to go out and quickly add some talent via the free agent market. While several of those signings haven’t panned out at all, Jaromir Jagr has been a revelation at forward for New Jersey. He’s been on a tear over the last few weeks, and the Sharks will need to keep an eye on him like it’s 1997 again.

Marek Zidlicky has also been remarkable for the Devils this season. With 13 points in 22 games he’s currently the team’s leading scorer, trailing only Jagr and his 18 points.

Probable line-ups for the Devils, via csncalifornia.com, are:

Dainius Zubrus – Travis Zajac – Jaromir Jagr
Patrik Elias – Adam Henrique – Michael Ryder
Mattias Tedenby – Andrei Loktionov – Steve Bernier
Ryan Carter – Stephen Gionta – Cam Janssen

Andy Greene – Marek Zidlicky
Adam Larsson – Eric Gelinas
Peter Harrold – Mark Fayne

Martin Brodeur
Cory Schneider
