San Jose Sharks forward Logan Couture has helped organize a fundraiser to help in the search for missing teenager, Sierra LaMar. Couture will be joined by Tomas Hertl, Alex Stalock, Jason Demers, James Sheppard and Andrew Desjardins at Brighton Middle School in Morgan Hill to sign autographs to help raise money. One autographed photo will be given to each person willing to donate $20 to the cause. Only cash will be accepted and all proceeds will be given back to help in the search.

Sierra LaMar went missing in the Spring of 2012 and there have been no answers to her whereabouts. Over the summer, suspicions of her murder were brought to light, although it is still hearsay at this point in time. The search continues and her friends and family remain hopeful as there has been no body recovered.
"“We are all proud residents of the Bay Area and we want to send a message to Sierra’s family, her friends and the entire community that we have not forgotten about her and we are not giving up hope,” said Couture."
