The roster currently consists of:

Forwards: Jimmy Bonneau, Gabryel Boudreau, Mike Brown, Adam Burish, Ryan Carpenter, Logan Couture, Andrew Desjardins, Petter Emanuelsson, Nikolay Goldobin, Barclay Goodrow, Michael Haley, Freddie Hamilton, Eriah Hayes, Tomas Hertl, Melker Karlsson, Tyler Kennedy, Bryan Lerg, Patrick Marleau, Tye McGinn, Matt Nieto, Travis Oleksuk, Joe Pavelski, Rylan Schwartz, John Scott, James Sheppard, Daniil Tarasov, Joe Thornton, Chris Tierney, Raffi Torres, Evan Trupp, Tommy Wingels.

Goalies: J.P. Anderson, Aaron Dell, Troy Grosenick, Ben Meisner, Antti Niemi, Alex Stalock.

The majority of those attending and trying to make the opening night roster were a part of the organization last season. This isn’t encouraging in terms of management promising significant changes after last season’s playoff collapse. Perhaps the goal of going with a younger roster is still eminent. It is still uncertain what the franchise is wanting to do, however one must hope that it is for the best of the team.
