Pittsburgh Penguins have Jagr bobblehead night while the San Jose Sharks visit
We're 18 games from the end of the season for the Sharks. It's been extremely difficult to talk about this year, as the team has been awful, but we're approaching the end. Tonight, the Sharks look for retribution for one of the 10-goal thrashings they received earlier in the year when they take on the Pittsburgh Penguins at PPG Paints Arena in Pennsylvania. San Jose still sit bottom of the standings, but a win tonight would move them ahead of Chicago.
This is supposed to be Jaromir Jagr bobblehead night at PPG Paints Arena, but that will not happen. The shipment of bobbleheads set to arrive for the game tonight was stolen, meaning that the organization doesn't have them to give to the fans. Instead, fans will get a voucher they can redeem at a later date to get one a bobblehead of the former Penguins Icon. Just because the season cannot get worse for the Penguins.
For the Sharks, this is a game for the youth. Pittsburgh had to sell off one of their best roster pieces in Jake Guentzel, among other depth players. If the youth can come in for the Sharks and show their talent, it'll be a good start to the tear down. Players like Filip Zadina and William Eklund in particular could really use the production to continue good seasons or recent hot streaks.

Puck Drop
This will be a 4 p.m. puck drop from the Steel City. If you want to see the Sharks get the best odds at drafting Macklin Celebrini, you awnt to see the Sharks lose tonight. You want to see this as well if you want the Sharks to have an extra first round pick that the Penguins gave them in the Erik Karlsson trade in the summer. Time will show us if that happens though.
