It's gameday for the San Jose Sharks. A sparkling win in St. Louis sees Team Teal come home to the Shark Tank to host the Utah Hockey Club. After a long .500 road trip, the San Jose Sharks will look to continue their good performances at home as Team Teal looks to build momentum against the former Arizona Coyotes organization. The first visit to Salt Lake City saw the Sharks win their first game of the season, so they'll look to repeat this trick at home.
Alexandar Georgiev got his first win in St Louis in his Sharks debut, and Nikolai Kovalenko has started to flash beautiful upside with three points in that win in St Louis. The Sharks will be looking for their two newest additions to continue to contribute despite the Sharks probably going back to Czech netminder Vitek Vanecek tonight ahead of this game against the Hockey Club.
Macklin Celebrini had a three-point night in the win in St Louis as the Sharks budding young star looks to return to being the dynamic force we all know he can be. San Jose needs Celebrini to continue to be a difference maker if they're going to hover around respectability. San Jose will be shipping parts out between now and the deadline, so the organization's cornerstones must remain stable for the Sharks. Celebrini is the league's future, so seeing him continue to light it up will be a good sign.

Puck Drop
A 7 p.m. puck drop from the tank will see the Sharks look for two more points in the standings. Several members of the Sharks are looking to play their way into a trade to a Stanley Cup contender before the deadline, so continuing to perform with the recent success could see them on a playoff team before March.
