The summer is in full swing and August is typically one of the quietest months in the hockey world. However, that hasn’t stopped the San Jose Sharks news from continuing to pour in. Here is the latest weekly roundup recapping everything from the past week related to the Sharks.

– The 2014-15 season was another breakout campaign for Sharks forward Joe Pavelski. Pavelski led the San Jose Sharks in goals, points and tied for the team-lead in plus-minus. Pavelski appears to be the top choice for the captaincy position next year, so take a look back at his stellar year.

– The San Jose Sharks added another goaltender within their organization as general manager Doug Wilson resigned Aaron Dell to one-year deal. Dell posted pretty good numbers in 25 games with the Worcester Sharks last year, going 15-8-2 with a 2.06 goals-against-average and a .927 save percentage. Dell is expected to compete with Troy Grosenick for the starting position with the San Jose Barracuda next season.
